The challenge
The client needed a reliable way to identify and deliver high-intent motor carrier leads into Zoho CRM without scraping FMCSA/SAFER web apps. They also needed clean CRM data with deterministic deduplication and a workflow their sales team could trust daily.

The solution
Guidelight delivered an automated pipeline that bulk-loaded baseline FMCSA carrier data, processed daily difference files to detect new and updated entities, normalized records into a CRM-friendly structure, and upserted into Zoho CRM using a consistent unique identifier strategy.
The approach relies on FMCSA's official published datasets and daily diff cadence rather than scraping interactive web interfaces, aligning the system with practical compliance and long-term reliability expectations.
