The challenge

The client needed more than a simple maintenance list inside a CRM. They needed a reliable way to track preventive maintenance by vehicle, present that information clearly to customers, and give staff a workable process for reminders and follow-up.

Just as importantly, the solution had to fit day-to-day shop operations. Reporting needed to be easy to understand, and workflow needed to be practical enough for regular use by advisors and staff.

The solution

On the reporting side, the system generates clear vehicle-specific maintenance reports that help customers understand what is due, what is coming up soon, and why it matters. On the workflow side, it supports reminder management for SMS, email, and phone outreach through a shared queue that staff can review, edit, approve, and complete as needed.
